Why is such an important feature as check-in not possible in the app? Seems very incomplete. Otherwise, the Fabi app is well structured and clear.

This is absolutely the worst attempt at a “no fuss” digital experience. Everything from looking up branch locations, to managing the reservation lifecycle, to simply managing account info (issues with those last two having resulted in the need to cancel and rebook a reservation for no apparent reason except system failures). I grit my teeth and bear, because the prices can be competitive. Alas, you get what you pay for. But I'm breaking silence now as it seems Enterprise has broken new ground in ways to absolutely murder user experience: the advance check-in. Don't email me a check-in link that: 1) doesn't deep link into the app, where I'm already signed in & have Face ID set up; 2) literally never works (bonus demerits for exposing non-user friendly developer errors); Unexpected end-of-input in field name at [Source: (okhttp3.ResponseBody$BomAwareReader); [phone], column: 12] (through reference chain: com.ehi.gma.shared.checkIn.dto.response.TicketResponse["car_class_details"]->com.ehi.gma.shared.checkIn.model.ext.CarClassDetailsMixin["vehicle_rates"]->java.util.ArrayList[0]->com.ehi.gbo.rental.dto.pricing.VehicleRate["extras"]->com.ehi.gbo.rental.dto.pricing.ExtrasRates["insurance"]->java.util.ArrayList[0]) … and 3) is the only means by which I can have a virtual check-in experience. This is absolute bush league stuff. Take a long look of your competitors (namely Avis, I'm sure others), try to muster some compassion for your users, and get your tech together. Either that, or dramatically improve your customer support experience, because… wow.

Got a call 30mins to pick up that there was no vehicle available for me at the scheduled time. I was told an extra 4 hours was needed. Not good enough!

The app is very easy to use, but unfortunately, it also basically lies to you. It tells you the reservation is confirmed and even sends a confirmation email even when the location has no cars available. The local office is great, and they do their best, [name] car is not actually available, the app should say so -- either that the car is not available or that you are on a wait list. Very disappointed with this computer system.

This location was wonderful. The employees are great but the amount frozen on your card is a lot. Enterprise is $300 plus the rental and other companies are $200 / 250.
