I'm glad Eurostar exists. The service is great. But this app is mediocre at best. I've been using it for 2 years ish. Logs me out regularly and without warning. You have to enter the same passenger details into several forms for some reason. One of those does not save them for the next time. Since 2 days now I can't download my tickets or refresh bookings, just says "please try again". Luckily it works on my travel companion's phone currently and I can get my ticket there.

App worse since rebrand
Since the rebrand there are some changes that make the app more annoying. When checking train times and prices for return trains, you need to confirm both trains first before you can see the total price. Before the app rebrand, just selecting the trains would be enough to see total price. I'm also logged in to my account and a basic feature would be to save my contact details and an option to save passport details, instead I need to fill it in time again. The option “tell us what you think” leads to FAQ, otherwise I would have sent this feedback privately.

Bad website!
I have spent several hours trying to book a return trip to London, and the web website is refusing to take the payment from my Lloyds debit card despite the help of my bank in real time stop. on the app, I fill all of the details I fill in all the details including the name of the street where I live and it's still asked me to enter the name of Street. I have tried to send you a screenshot with this comment but each time I go back from the comment column I lose the lose it I lose the data ended the third time. I have never had these problems before. What is wrong at Eurostar? David Harrison As if now you want me to choose a nickname and the ten I have tried are all taken I frankly do not have the time to waste. I cannot send the review unless I find a nickname which is available unbelievable!

Full of bugs
For several days already the app does not work. Can't retrieve booking, can't book a ticket, etc. Would have thought they would already notice and address it but no.

Numerous bugs in latest version of the app
I can't book from Paris to London. Had to use SNCF instead. Now I can't upload my booking reference or change seat!!
