I brought tickets through Eventbrite and the tickets were fake. I tried getting a refund and they said I didn't qualify for a refund and to contact the organizer. The organizer is ( Official Ticket Marketplace of Inter Miami CF ) they are scammers!!! Be aware and don't buy anything from Eventbrite organizers unless you want to loose your money.

Purchased tickets
Eventbrite did not show me how to get my purchased tickets for coming up show on May 24 2024. I need to retrieve these tickets now to insure my admittance. It was confirmed so I did not worry. Now I can't find how to access them online or on their website. I am now going through my email, account, and their website to no avail.

apple pay decline
I tried to buy tickets like 4 times and it kept declining my apple pay. weirdly, I used that same account to pay with Pay Pal so the money was there. Maybe make sure if you offer a payment choice that it works. thanks :)

Very frustrating!; this is not, the first time that when I choose the ticket I actually want, this system gives me an additional, different ticket that I don't want ? ? ?, W.T.F. !!, Seriously, this entire process is waaáäyyy too unnecessarily complicated, leaving me very perturbed, indeed. I have attended many concerts at this location over these past years and I have to endure this grief each and every time; if it wasn't for the fact that these and previous others are Canadian icons, then I ..

Event organizer doesn't have a profile and cannot be contacted. I suspect my tickets are fake and repeated attempts to contact Eventbright have failed. No way to get refund or support. This sucks!
