Poor Service
Either the app is poor or the service is poor. Or both. So many chargers show as offline. Two near me are both offline. Next closest charge station has 4 ccs chargers. 3 offline. You cannot depend on EVgo.

I did a search by name for a completely different app and this came up first on search results and demanded credit card information and when I jumped through all the hoops to create an account I still didn't have the app I needed, just this app I have no use for.

App is trash.
Sometimes all stations are not displayed on map. I have to filter the type of connection I need every single time, even though I have a vehicle on my profile. And the map doesn't zoom in on my location. Obviously, very little effort goes into the app.

Decent App but Needs CarPlay support like ChargePoint
The app works well, & is relatively easy to navigate & does what you need it to do. However, I am surprised by the lack of CarPlay support. When I say CarPlay support, I mean in the way ChargePoint implemented CarPlay with their app, not the way Electrify America has in theirs. EA's CarPlay app is almost useless, it does not display vital charging information like the ChargePoint app does which is main reason we're going to open the CarPlay app at all anyways, am I right?
