Used to be great. Now when I try to track something it's not allowing me to and the app closes by itself. The delivery team are bad too because even if I put deliver to my door they'll leave it somewhere that's not safe in the open

GHASTLY DELIVERY COMPANY. Drivers are LAZY//INCOMPETENT & COMMIT THEFT!! Changing the company name from Hermes to Evri to try and loose its diabolical reputation has not solved the ATROCIOUS Problems cased by it's DISHONEST DRIVERS. you can't get hold of anyone in customer services. Items are HELD AT THE WAREHOUSE & NOT dispatched UNTIL they have a FULL VAN. This is a totally ABYSMAL/Disorganised company. They cost honest customers £10000s pounds in loss of earnings. Reported to the ombudsman

Very poor survive
Very poor survive I tracked my parcel today they said it would be here between 3 pm and 5 pm but it has not shown up and they said they tried to deliver it and sent me a picture of a black car chair saying they tried to deliver it very poor survive this has happened to me 4 times now not going to use this survive again

Never ever use this company. 14 items in the past 2 years missing totalling £2,500. They're thieves.

Could be better
Not as slick as DPD. You have to manually add your tracking number in order to track. The app Does not add on new parcels. You also cannot track the driver and only get a rough idea when the parcel is expected to be delivered.

Terrible
Never shipping with Evri again, constant delays on my parcel at every stage. It was meant to arrive over 2 weeks ago and is still saying “sorry, your parcel has been delayed” every day. My little brother ordered a cricket bat because he's passionate about cricket and had a match coming up. He ordered next day delivery for a whole £9.99. 5 days later, he's still waiting and did his game with his old broken bat. There also too lazy to even deliver my parcel. Over the past couple months, 4 of 7 of my parcels have been cancelled because they “couldn't find my address” although every other delivery service has never had an issue. Absolute joke.

This was a great app but very disappointing that the safe place information isn't used by the drivers and you won't use the neighbour address that is supplied till after 3 attempts.
