I'm not sure what's wrong with this app but it glitches sometimes I can't unlock my card sometimes I can't even get in the app “because of my location” I had to open a new bank account for my direct deposit due to the app always glitching or unavailable.

Trouble
As of May 14th 2024. I CAN NOT LOG INTO MY APP! Fix it. Please. Have the app for a reason so I can know exactly how much money I have and I can't LOG IN.

Terrible. Constantly forgets my device (I've had the same phone). Balance is not accurate on quick view. So I have to sign in. It then tells me I'm not me. Then I have to re enter my password and re setup biometrics

This app WAS great until it would not let me log in. It says I am running in emulator.

Error after Error
I don't know how anyone gives this app 5 stars , it's well designed and easy to understand sure, but it doesn't work 3/4 the time and logging in is always a hassle. Error every time , have to close the app and open it again , might get an error again , might not even respond to the login.

The APP
Nothing but issues with the app for several months. And make sure you don't use it to pay for a hotel room, exceed holds your funds for 31 days after the hotel is already paid for.

The latest update totally ruined it. Tells me I'm running it in an 'emulator'. I can't even open the app to use it. Service person told me to turn off the emulator, insisting I had put it on my phone. You people need to fix this!
