I didn't like it. Information too confusing. Plus, it's always the same. What they offer for free is already given to me by my bank.

A Disappointed User’s Perspective on Intuit’s Shift from Mint to Credit Karma:
As a long-time user of Mint, I am deeply disappointed with Intuit's decision to phase out a perfectly functional and feature-rich app in favor of Credit Karma. This move feels like a significant step backward in financial management tools. The Downgrade: Credit Karma's lackluster features have left me and many others feeling stranded without the sophisticated budgeting tools that Mint provided. The new app is a pale shadow of its predecessor, offering a bare-bones experience that fails to meet the needs of its user base. The user interface is not only unintuitive but also clunky, making what used to be a seamless experience into a frustrating ordeal. The credibility of Credit Karma as a secure place to manage financial information is questionable. The app feels more like an advertising platformthan a serious financial tool, undermining the trust we had in Mint. The Frustration: It's exasperating to see a company disregard the voices of its customers who have clearly expressed their dissatisfaction with this change. The lack of transparency and communication from Intuit has only added to the frustration, leaving users feeling ignored and undervalued. The Call for Action: Intuit must acknowledge the outcry from its user community and take immediate steps to restore, if not improve, the functionality that Mint offered. It's imperative that they listen to our feedback and implement changes that will bring Credit Karma up to par with Mint's standards. In conclusion, this transition has been a misstep by Intuit, leaving a loyal customer base feeling betrayed. The company needs to rectify this situation promptly to regain the trust and satisfaction of its users. Until then, I, along with many others, will be looking for alternative solutions that respect our needs and provide the level of service we have come to expect.

App is not ready
The idea of this app is great, but the app itself it's not ready. I can't add Citizens credit card, using the Verizon credit card to pay phone and Internet bill I see it in the category Utility/Bill but the App can't see it as a bill to improve credit score. To much everything on every page, can't figure what is for the 80% of all information!!! Receive notifications about improving credit score with option 3/6/9 month, open the notification but the page didn't loaded. After that I try to find this information but no luck. Like it that showing many helpful information: sex offender, insurance ( not sure how to use this option, but still nice to have it LOL) all pages taking to loooooong to load. With WiFi it's better

Bullshiit Credit Report Agency ( rip off )
I have been trying multiple times to get an agent on the phone to address my concerns but instead they had an automated voice keep talking to me. The company is absolutely shying away from having to answer the phone and solving their customer' issues with a real person but yet they wants you to subscribe to their over the top monthly price services. Straight rip off

Password resets not working
I'm beyond frustrated at this point I've had my account for 4 days and have had to call multiple times regarding password reset and issues receiving the 2FA verification code during the reset password process. The only times I was able to receive those codes were on 2 occasions 1 was when I first signed up and the other was as a 2FA verification code test text. Right now I've given up trying to reset it on my own. I tried calling in prior to writing this review but the automated system wouldn't transfer me to a representative even after asking me the same questions 3 or 4 times repeatedly. Otherwise the app is easy to use with a good simple interface.

App doesn’t work
Just tried using the app and it crashes before it even loads. My bank for experian boost got disconnected and I'm typing in the correct credentials and can never get it to reconnect. Deleted the app and re installed it and the problem still persists. Even when I log into experian on the browser I still have the same problem and cannot reconnect my bank.
