All of a sudden, prior authorizations cannot be seen on the app.

App registration is difficult to use. Having to endlessly tap backwards to my birthdate is painful for anyone over 20 years old After I input my sponsors and my information the app tells me it can't find me. It tells me to verify my info. I do. It's correct info. I give up as this is a waste of my time. You don't really need the app, in order to use the service.

Large Pill Bottles Issue
Pill bottles are too large. Very difficult when you must carry them with you on an airplane for international travel

Why is it always a problem getting my medication?
There is a card on file that I know has money on it ! Why is it I have to continually chase my medication? Why is it you can cancel a 30 day supply from cvs pharmacy. Your retail partner.

Slow delivery
If one subscribes to auto refills, you are oversupplied and end up with a stockpile. If you don't, delivery can can take a week or longer.

Clunky and Unreliable
Logon is erratic and unpredictable. App is slow (when it actually works). Data incomplete and difficult to find.

Won't allow you to use the app without giving them your social security number. A disgusting invasion of privacy. It does not matter what features in the app utilize your social, the fact you can't even use the med reminder without giving them that level of personal information is predatory and an inexcusable tactic to mine data from the elderly.
