We signed up with ExpressVPN for a short trip to China. Once inside China, the connection was very problematic; so it did not work for us. Works great once outside China though.

Hi all. Being abroad, in the USA, I wanted to test this famous VPN that we talk about so much.... I simply wanted to watch TV in French on my smartphone, to spend some time. I install it, and I connect. I can't connect to Orange TV, MyCanal, or Netflix France. I tried French, American, French servers, nothing helps. As soon as I returned to France, not having been satisfied with the product, I simply wanted to unsubscribe and there to my surprise, it was impossible to connect to the site, either from my smartphone or also from my PC and I haven't been able to do it for 3 days. So question, how do I get in touch with Express VPN without going through their site, since I can't access their site? I hope it won't last more than 30 days.... Unacceptable, sorry to say it

In China, nothing worked, he is trying to load insta but to no avail, the whatsapp app is generally dead... It's good that at least there is a trial one to understand that there is nothing to pay for..,

Does NOT work as advertised, nor with Spectrum TV
This vpn was suggested to work well with the Spectrum TV app (for out of country USA viewing), but does not work. Glad it was a trial period first, as it would have been a total waste of money.
