I've been a subscriber for over 2 years and the photo features are excellent. But after the latest update to AI Selfies, headshots are looking like rough paints, they don't look as natural as they used to. Please attention Facetune team to improve the AI Selfie feature! Obg 👍🏼

SCAM - Been charging me with no active plans
As far as I can recall, I cancelled my Facetune subscription but I just realised they have been deducting money from my account. When I called Apple to request a refund, they were unable because I don't even have a subscription with them! And when I logged in to Facetune account, it also says I have no active subscription to cancel. So why are you still charging me every month?? Give me my money back now!

Beware of charges- updated review below
I thought I'd try it with my daughter who is 10 using the free trial. Then got charged but when I contacted them for support they were awful and never responded to my emails. You will not get refunded and most certainly won't get any support. Better companies out there for AI and support at the same time. -I have since received a refund and cancelled the subscription. Support was kind in their response.-

BEWARE
They have changed their terms and conditions and the app is now demanding access to ALL YOUR PHOTOS. Not limited to the ones you're editing. So they will basically have access to everything. I have deleted this app. They ruined it.

Everything is VIP now, deleted the app💀
Facetune isn't what it used to be back then, we literally have to pay for most of the features and if we don't, we have a Facetune watermark on the picture. I used to pay for the app when downloading it and now I STILL have to pay for VIP even though I paid for all features back then? Such a no from me. And don't come with ”If you have any feedback on how we can improve…..“ THIS IS MY FEEDBACK. Just deleted the app, hope others will do the same. Not even Videostar which is such a great app for editors costs that much, it's 30€ for a whole year.

This app kept increasing their prices and tricked everyone into thinking you got new features but it's the same old thing that were there 3 years ago. The audacity to charge you $9.99 per week is out of line, I really do wish this company fall apart for being greedy
