I tried setting up a new account but when l clicked the continue button after putting in my information it would load for a couple of seconds but then never do anything after. So l tried continuing as a guest and when l tried to turn on my location it kept loading again after a couple of minutes of not going anywhere l stopped and deleted the app.

What is the problem with the app? When I tried to put my DOB in the app it changes it by 18 years. No matter what date I put in. Birthday is 1951 but the app says 1969. When I change the year to 1940 it puts in 1969. Whatever works for you. So far this app is not working correctly. And it's very slow to respond. And I'm having to use a lot more pressure on the keypad. Doesn't act like that on any other apps on my phone. Right now I'm saying that it is NOT user friendly IMHO.

Horrible. Slow. Irritating. Constantly freezes. Takes forever to clip a coupon. The previous version was way better and more user friendly. I wish i could give 0 stars.

This app is the most irritating app for a department store, I have EVER used. It rarely works like it should, especially when you are trying to search for a product. Adding coupons isn't always pleasant either, but if I didn't have to have the app, I wouldn't be able to access their coupon deals. Everything costs an arm and a leg, so I will always be on the look out for good coupons. Lol

It takes FOREVER to anything to load, and no, it has nothing to do with my internet or data because all my other apps work just fime

This app worked perfectly, until they New & Improved it. Now it doesn't work. Products don't load unless you tap them over & over, then load very slowly. Links for specifications, checking store availability, etc., do nothing no matter how many times you tap them. Searches display completely unrelated results. Even logging in was a hassle. This app was wonderful before they decided to revamp the whole thing. Now there's nothing redeeming about it. Guess I'll be shopping Family Dollar less now.
