SCAMMERS!
My account was randomly suspended…. Why? No clue. Can't get through to a live agent at all, they do not respond to email, no phone to call for support! They are not professional at all. I wouldn't even bother if I were you!

Bonus Bets and Profit Boosts aren’t a thing anymore!
I deposit up to $500 a week sometimes more, and all I seem to get every once in a blue moon, is a SGP PB that has a max bet of something disrespectful like $10 bucks? Yeah trust me after reading that first sentence, I realize how stupid I am for 1, depositing so much money (win or lose) and for 2, writing a review like their CSR actually care about anything we post! They have a duty to tend too at all times and that's, THE HOUSE IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! School shootings are very sad, but wouldn't mind seeing Fanduel HQ on the news!

I am not a robot
FanDuel generally has a high performing app, but in growing tired of having to hold a button for 10 to 15 seconds at each login confirming I'm not a robot. They should focus of offering competitive promos and boosts as they are now lagging behind MGM and DK in NY

No payout- nascar race
FanDuel refused to pay out winning wagers for a nascar race. They said it was because the race was rain delayed. Caesar's paid out the same bets no problem. I understand the policy, but change the policy!

Stay away read reviews
Massive rip off I tried to give it multiple chances and let me tell you I get it gambling is a risk but this is just donating at this point or buy double bonus chances and never bonus please don't just give them your money they don't deserve it.

Customer Service is terrible
I never write these reviews, but I have had the worst experience with customer service and have provided feedback to the support team already. My account was suspended for three weeks before I heard from any one despite my reaching out twice during that period. It then took another week to uncover the issue was simply that my husband permitted me to use his card to our JOINT account. With his permission and access to the funds I can't find a legal issue at play here, yet it took a month for them resolve this. Finally, after my first email with the support team they had said to email them additional questions, so I asked for the length of time it would take to review my account (after waiting three weeks already). I also asked why they wouldn't simply request the photos (of the debit card I used, my ID, and a picture of myself with a paper with the day's date) when they first suspended my account. I have not gotten a response to these questions, and at this point I'd simply like an explanation as to why their customers should suffer due to their inadequate and inefficient review processes.

They suspended my account for no reason at all. I can't access my account or the funds that are in it and their customer support is terrible and won't help. Needless to say, I will be contacting my lawyer to get my money back from them. Never had any kind of problem like this with any other sportsbook.

Overall terrible experience
There's no way they have a 4 star every recent review is negative…. REPEATS THE SAME PATTERN IS SLOTS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. 2 TRIGGERS AND THE 3rd IS ALWAYS ONE SPOT AWAY FROM HITTING. THEY'RE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CASINO OF THEM ALL. I HAVE NEVER EVER EVER EVER WON MONEY ON FANDUEL PLAYING ANY OF THEIR SLOT GAMES. Have spent THOUSANDS on one specific slot with a building multiplier for the free spins. IT WILL NOT LET ME HIT THE FREE SPINS. I've probably spun it for 10,000 spins ranging from 0.20 to 2.00 and I CANNOT hit the free spins. I don't believe there is anything fair or regulated about it.

changed my review from 5 stars after not being able to access my account. They locked my account and told me to reset the password which I did. When I reset the password it brought me back to the same screen saying reset your password again. Very frustrating.
