Listen to me, a sigma male had enough points to buy a 50 dollar gift card right yea I bought it, and then when i was supposed to get it, they banned me for no reason. I literally stopped using it

You used to get more points for your purchases. It seems like for the past year, no matter what you buy, you're only getting 25 points for every receipt.

I'm giving 2 stars because Fetch customer support is possibly the worst of any app/website/company I've ever experienced. After contacting support you get several copy-pasted responses from what are likely AI bots that don't remotely address your concern...literally the same email 3 or 4 times from a different "person". They do this to wear you down so you eventually stop responding. There's a 14 day limit for receipt corrections so by dragging it out youll eventually miss the deadline/points...

Been using this over a year and only critique is that I wish I could use any email and not specifically Gmail to find receipts. I'm missing alot of points when I do online orders.
