Missing some important research data and accessibility improvements
The app is getting better, but I feel the "research" tab in the portfolio section needs some improvements. I should not need to go to the website to get some very basic information, e.g. what analyst opinions are being implied for a particular stock. As things stand, I often need to go back to Yahoo! Finance to verify things. Similarly, the accessibility for screen reader users has not improved much within the last few months, despite all the bugs that I reported.

Charged to move stocks over
Be careful, if you want to transfer stocks from an outside account into Fidelity you will be charged $75 just to bring it over

Password
As a very long time user I'm getting tired of the password problems I'm having. For instance when it asked me to reset on the phone, it wouldn't let me key in my birthdate. A month calendar came up and I had to back up 77 years worth of 12 calendars to get to my birthday. That is absolutely ridiculous. I had to get out of the app go to the phone to put a new password in. I have no problem if somebody wants to call me so I can explain what was required.

Can’t even get a statement
Can't even get a statement. You get emails saying statements are available, but you can't get one from this app Every banking app I know or have ever used allows you to get statements. Charles schwab, capital one just to name a few. But not fidelity. Maybe it's written for the frequent trader, but the majority of us are buy and hold. We need to down load our statements Without statements it's a failure. Typical of IT people living in an alternate universe, and management so out of touch they don't fix it.

Option Chain Scrolling Super Slow
Scrolling through the option chain when displaying all strike prices is super slow. I have no doubt that it's possible to make it smooth!

Site Down - Unable to Trade
During high volume, Fidelity experiences down systems. Unable to see positions or make trades at critical opening and closing of markets.
