Where do I start?
I have had Spectrum tv ever since it was called time warner cable. We finally decided to switch to Verizon due to costs. Biggest mistake ever. The app on your phone and the app on your tv are two different apps one will always work the other will always be down. The app on your phone has a mini player. The mini player cannot be on while you are doing something else on the phone. The app will always close. It makes no sense. And you want to watch tv on your phone outside your house? Good luck never works. Call customer service? They call you back a month later. Now I know you get what you pay for which is garbage.

Ever since we had to switch apps I can no longer watch my dvr recordings on my devices. Yet I can watch live tv and everything else.

Poor subscription
Verizon Mobile is horrible, not mobile unless you're in the garage or backyard. Go on vacation, outside of my state or northern part of my state- I'm out of my service area. California, Texas, Seattle, Florida- out of my service area. I have Verizon Wireless- they KNOW I'm not home and where I'm located on vacation- in areas that Verizon services but I can't use my overpriced services?? I'm going to leave, start streaming and find faster Internet provider.

One of the worst apps I need
In the past, I thoroughly enjoyed my FiOS TV app as I use it on my iPad nearly every day. They are constantly upgrading it with new features that don't work and causes to become glitchy. Most the time while watching a show, it freezes on me at least 3 to 4 times. Stop trying to upgrade and just make it work seamlessly for the user.

Never can access
I can never access my DVR service. When I am home and I am connected to my Wi-Fi it gives me an error message. Then when I am out of the house and I tried to connect to see a program from work it tells me that I have to at first from my home Wi-Fi.

DVR listings gone. Miserable app.
I don't see a way to contact anyone for app support so just in case anyone reads these reviews I thought I should ask here. Viewing the TV listings on my iPhone worked last week. I could view the listings and choose to record upcoming programs. No more. When you click on the TV listings now all you get is a blank screen except for text that says how to add a listing to a favorites list. But there is nothing listed at all so nothing to click on. I tried restarting my phone but it made no difference and I made sure all of the Verizon apps are updated. An app that doesn't work isn't worth more than one star. How can I get it to work again? Is this a problem with the latest update and Verizon is working on a fix?
