I can't type in my home town. If I do use location finder it doesn't work. How do I select my favourite stops for speed of searching, needs more work to be useful. Easier to go to the web site, and just how do you track buses live on a map, not intuitive

Was given a "unique code" for a free all day ticket, punched in the code and it wasn't recognised, the sooner the monopoly ends the better.

Very Poor
**Update 15/5/24** For about a week now the app cannot connect when you select a stop to monitor. It simply says “Sorry technical issue Please try again later. Refresh” regardless of whether your on 5G only, WiFi only or both. This is on the latest generation iPhone SE running iOS 17.5. So now the interface is not so good and it doesn't even work.. ——————————————— Have just opened an updated version of this app 22/9/23 and it's now pretty shambolic. It doesn't appear that an estimate of wait times for a given bus is there anymore. It no longer gives you an idea of how full the bus is and when you exit the departures screen it no longer retains the number bus you may have previously selected and also auto zooms right out so you have to zoom back in again to see the stop your at in any useful way. Previously the app could do with improvements but was largely quite useful. Now, it's not very useful at all.

Why in my area Doncaster/South Yorkshire does the First Bus App invariably not work on Sundays, all you get on this day is sorry we are having technical difficulties, maybe on Sundays nobody is in the office to switch on or update.
