Pretty good app
Overall I really like the app. Just wish I could make changes to my “sent payments”. I have to find a computer and login if I need to increase or decrease a payment. Or I cancel and create a new.

Check Depositing with App
It takes multiple try's to get a check deposited through mobile app. It accepts the front in check but not the back endorsement. We have a brand new business stamp that stamps our endorsement perfect so I'm not sure where the issue is. The app will kick you out after 3 tries. It's very frustrating.

Worst Banking App
Not user friendly. Does not even send a confirmation email when making auto loan payment. This app is the worst I've seen and very archaic.

Poor processing
FCB takes forever for things to process and clear the account. Drafts or deposits show “pending” for days. All the other banks I bank with process transactions much faster. It's sad because outside of that, FCB is a great bank to bank with.

Bill pay is terrible
The bill pay portion won't let me put a major credit card company as payee. It's not in their file. It's very difficult to add anyone in the payee. When you go to pay it does not automatically let you enter the payment. It does not easily show past payments. It's just bad.

Getting better all the time
I wasn't impressed in the beginning but each iteration is an improvement. Keep moving forward. I tried to add facial recognition but it wasn't easy (it should likely just be something you can add once logged in).
