Everything is just. so. complicated. with this app. Cannot easily transfer money between accounts or pay off the credit card - I had to create a payee in a very weird and obscure way to pay it off, which wasn't in my name. When my savings account matured, I had to message them via chat to transfer money for me as there is no option to do so personally. Just seems like a bit outdated approach.

Now you are rejecting a cheque issued by an investment company as you say "the words written out are tricky to read" I had to PHONE to get this info as you've apparently!"WRITTEN A LETTER" telling me!!!!!! Electronic Banking my A55. What utter B.S. It is SO clear that the words and amount are IDENTICAL. The cheque is not even hand written! Your app needs a serious looking at. I've been a customer since 1991 and today I've decided to take my business to a professional bank.

Been using the app for 5 years without any problems then in last few weeks when I log it it claims my biometrics have been updated . They have not. I have to enter my 6 figure digital code then tap set up biometrics before I can use it... Very frustrating. Please sort this glitch out. Ps it is only this app that is doing it. Previous review was 5 stars

Not the easiest to navigate. Doesn't have any option to show spending/budgets etc. Also cant figure out how to transfer from savings to current account. Perhaps wouldn't have switched banks if I'd have know this. I have tried clicking the 3 dots and the only options are 'transactions or 'statements'

I love the app and use it for most of our banking but having persuaded my husband to get it too, I cannot believe that he has had to wait a week to get a verification code by post - for an app! Apparently it's because when he rang up for a code, they went through his details and because his email address had changed they couldn't text him a code to his phone. He has the same phone number and address as when we opened our joint account nearly 30 years ago! This is insanely frustrating!

I have had endless problems with this app, it constantly slows down and becomes unresponsive before freezing entirely and needing to be shut down. It's now at the point where I'm thinking of changing banks as the online banking option that first direct used to do so well has become unfit for purpose. My advice would be to AVOID this product.

Great App, better than many banking apps. Only issue is future payments - cannot see payments that I've made for future dates, so sometimes forget that I've made one and do another, so pay twice. Would be great to see, and be able to amend, payments that I have initiated in the future.
