Could be one of the best training app on the market, but...
Unfortunately, some essential features are still missing from my point of view: 1. the most important feature: the possibility to create your own exercises. 2. important equipment such as sandbag, Deuserband, medicine ball, slam ball, plates are missing. 3. TRX is only represented with a few exercises. 4. it is not possible to flexibly and individually set up breaks between exercises in advance. If you improve the flexibility of planning/training creation and the scope of the exercises, you will definitely get 5 stars. However, the above-mentioned missing functions limit the use of the apps for professionals too much.

Glitchy
If you're looking for a basic fitness app, this one will be fine. If you want anything that has the smallest amount of customization this one is terrible. I asked it to create an upper body workout for today and it suggested 16 sets for chest (insane), zero for shoulders, 3 for biceps, 3 triceps and 3 for lats. I've tried refreshing the workout multiple times but am getting similar results

No way to cancel free trial before auto-subscribe
I despise apps that offer a free trial and then offer no intuitive way to cancel before rolling into a subscription. I'll just dispute the charges if I get roped into a subscription that I don't want.

The fact you can't create a custom workout by selecting different body parts is extremely annoying. Try to select biceps, triceps, and forearms and it gives me suggestions for back, legs, biceps and triceps saying it can't give exercises based on my original selection. Won't be renewing this when my subscription is over.

Poor workout construction.
Ai will generate anything... even tho muscle group will be at 15% will still give you exercise with that muscle group in it... always need to modify to my needs. Chest and triceps oriented will give you 8 push up variations even with a full gym selected.

Overall - not horrible splits. I do like how it tracks muscle fatigue. However, the app news to allow you to create your own workout movement (variations there of) and create your own supersets. Sometimes the app just isn't enough for a certain target muscle and I need to add my own targeted movements and the app doesn't include them.

I love the app! However, I noticed in the last few days of using it that when I go to customize my workout, it won't take the areas I want. It will give me what it wants me to do and say it cannot come up with that workout routine even though it has been doing it for me.
