Nothing I can really add to the other complaints. I declined premium service and was charged a $99.99 yearly subscription fee anyway. The device works, so I simply don't understand why this company needs to resort to deciet to make money. I still haven't received a refund after repeated tries. Also, the company is noticeably absent from this review list. Wonder why.

Horrible customer service
The app and sensor started out great. It worked right away when i needed it to. For about a year now i will try to scan the vehicle and it takes quite a bit of time for it to load up only to give me an option to select my vehicle or enter the VIN. I select my vehicle and then it just takes me back to the same screen of options. Then i put in the VIN and i get the same circle of options . Randomly it will work. I've emailed customer service countless times only for them to tell me to try the troubleshooting methods. It also takes days for them to get back. I respond to their try troubleshooting replies and i let them know i have but do it again and get the same problem. Once i was told my car won't communicate with the sensor. It works fine with my others. They didn't offer to send a new sensor. Just today i again was told to troubleshoot

Scammers
This piece of junk company just keeps trying to charge 99 dollars from my car even though I never agreed to premium. They even had the audacity to email me asking me to fix my billing info when my bank kept shutting the charges down. These guys are criminals and they're no better than thieves. They deserve death

Terrible
App and device looked good at first but then after you purchase it and start all of a sudden you have to pay for a $99.00 subscription to use it. So I did the trial and ran the diagnostic and it says my check engine light is on which it wasn't so wasted money to buy only to toss in the garbage! Don't purchase.

Wrong development emphasis
5/15/24 you continue to put emphasis on cost to repair, rather than identifying the specific codes. You have acknowledged that you don't even attempt to report ABS codes because there are so many. You could at least do the basic ones, including the ABS module itself, and specific wheel speed sensors - something that would actually help a DIYer. Again, remember why people buy an OBD reader to begin with - to diagnose! Get back to basics and not all this other nonsense. People who are going to use a mechanic don't need an OBD reader! 2/6/23 what a wonderfully “helpful” app! Just kidding. I have to wonder about a developer who feels it is important to spend time including the following information when a code is sensed: “ Your vehicle moves when gasoline is burned and power is generated inside a chamber known as the cylinder. Most engines have a 4, 6, or 8-cylinder engine, where more cylinders typically mean more power. Power is generated by pistons that move up and down at very specific times as fuel is ignited. A misfire typically occurs when the timing of this ignition is off. [phone] indicates that two or more cylinders are experiencing misfires.” Seriously? Please, spend your development time documenting more codes. I don't have the slightest interest in your suggestions or referrals. I want to know the codes and what they mean. This is an ODB reader - focus on the core functionality, instead of all the useless fluff. 1/10/23 Recently, I had an ABS issue. FIXD couldn't tell me I had a wheel speed sensor failure on the Right Rear wheel. Had to pay a mechanic $60 to run his ODB reader and tell me which one. Then I ordered the part and installed it myself. App development continues to focus on irrelevant content, at the expense of core functionality. Is this an ODB reader, or a services referral app masquerading as and ODB reader? I urge the developer to focus on supporting more common codes, especially around [phone] sensors, ABS, and others requiring serious attention. That's why people buy the device - to find out what is wrong so WE can fix it - not to find out who we can take it too, or as a reminder to rotate our tires or change our oil, or to turn on our turn signal before we turn! Stick with delivering core functionality! If there are too many codes, you better get started on them! 12/1/22 how about putting more emphasis on supporting more codes, and less on frills like videos, generic pricing, and referrals? This is an OBD reader app - let's focus on reading codes and giving the actual details about the codes and their causes, rather than anything but! There are SO MANY common codes for which there is NO information whatsoever provided by the app. How about starting with running down the details on all the codes that people are scanning, and including useful information on them in each subsequent release? THAT would actually make the app useful as an OBD reader app…
