If you need help, you cannot get it. You cannot call customer service and then when you put a ticket in it makes you wait until they email you back. There's literally never anyone to help with anything on this app. It is absolutely useless except to help pay rent and everyone needs help now and this app is predatory and uses AI generated reviews for itself.

I’ve been very happy with until recently

This arrangement has been very helpful. However recently my new lease and rent per month went up. I tried to talk to customer service and you can't speak to anyone it's all by email which took a long time and all I needed was to change the draft amounts so they are more even each pay periods because I can do it online. I still haven't been able to get it leveled out and the girl I was emailing was no help. So I'm pretty frustrated with the whole set up currently.

Disappointed

I was using this portal with flex for the past year and then suddenly it doesn't work anymore. I would suggest letting customers know before randomly removing portals with no explanation as many people depend on this app especially on this economy. This happened literally on the 1st of the month with no warning or anything and customer service was extremely unhelpful and unpathetic. Great service when able to be used

Mysterious charges

Every month I get overcharged by almost $40 and I never understand why! They take an additional $20 on the first draft the the second payment is an extra $17 when my rent is usually fixed at $1070! So $590 on first payment and $517 on second draft makes no sense when they take the $15 fee separately on different date! I have to tell my bank to not authorize these payments since they never seem to be able to explain the additional fees.

Great but my One card doesn’t work

My One card would not connect to the app but flex was helpful fixing my problem. But they need more customer support
