An inadequate conductor, yelled at everyone when checking documents, threw them back when providing travel tickets, did not hand them back. I don't understand what kind of service we can talk about

Terrible experience, the bus was stopped in a police inspection, tuned out, the fire extincteur was expired. Ew needed to wait one and a half hour for a new one, on the side of the road. The company didn't sent an other bus. Not even a "sorry" from a driver.

Hello, I've been taking the flixbus since it's in Lyon Since I'm disabled, I've noticed when we make our reservation, we can buy the seats but we don't offer the seats with the disabled logo, even though there are some on the buses.

The drivers don't monitor the luggage!! My suitcase was stolen in the hold. And when I told one of the drivers about the theft, he told me that it wasn't his problem and he immediately left. No response from customer service on the site or their phone line.

FILTHY. DO NOT RIDE.
Do NOT ride a flix bus. There were small roaches crawling next to my head on the outside of the bathroom cubicle. There was also a stench throughout the entire bus. There was a woman, who I believe to be homeless, sleeping on the floor at my feet. Both of the bus drivers did not speak English so I was unable to communicate with them. One of the drivers left a stop before the 20 minute break was up and left behind a few people. Not only that, but the bus was over an hour late to the arrival destination. Absolutely disgusting. I cancelled my return trip because I refuse to travel in such filthy conditions ever again. When you cancel, they only offer you a voucher for another trip through their company. They refuse to refund my card. Similarly, they refused to give me a refund for my departure trip despite the filthy conditions and the bus arriving over an hour late. Do NOT trust the 5 star reviews. Most have been falsified.

Functions Search for connections, buy tickets - are fine. I miss the possibilities to apply for refunds in case of delays (passenger rights form) and to deposit vouchers to use when booking. Gerd
