Kicked me off and won’t let me back in
Have had flybuys for over 20 years, still the original card, but the app is terrible for suddenly kicking me out of my account. Plus you can't see the early catalogue release like you can with Woolworths app- annoying and stupid they expect me to sign up for something else. Why would I want more Cole's nightmare accounts when the existing one operates so poorly. Upgrade the app so that it is actually functional and stop making people sign back in all the time. Bad enough the price gouging- surely you can invest those billion dollar profits into an app that works?!?

Earn Flybys Points with Pureprofile Surveys
Giving customers the option to fill out surveys and earn hundreds of points per survey is a brilliant way to bring in new customers and spark loyalty with existing customers. A single survey can give you hundreds of points if you are deemed compatable. It started of well I enjoyed the surveys and the extra points really helped this single mum get the essentials when I otherwise couldn't afford too. but after a month or so I rarely get a survey offered that either accepts me, doesn't work due to error, has reached its quota or that apparently I've already completed. Yet all these surveys were offered on my personal feed they have my profile and if I'm lucky I'll get one or two successful ones out of 5 or more offered. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or they make it easier at the beginning to get customers excited.

Useless
My experience of the app is it simply diverts you to the internet login. It always says something is wrong and to call a number. Absolutely useless app

Expiry
Disgusted that my hard earned points have an expiry date when Woolworths has a Xmas savings rewards club, I guess I know where I'll shop for Xmas now. Bad choice Cole's, gift cards are valid for 3 years everywhere else!

Just joined and downloaded the app but i can't get past login on my android so i can't access my membership number unless if i log in on a laptop - which i cant do if i'm standing at a supermarket check out

Why all this
My point were expiring I transformed them into dollars and will loose the remaining because they don't round up to 2000. And now I have to bring my physical card to redeem the dollars. What a scam

Apple watch wallet is useless
The wallet feature for apple watch is useless. It doesn't show the barcode unlike something like stocard where it conveniently does.
