Can’t track million mile status
Million miler staus is not changing after flights. No way to see activity to verify miles are applied.

I had already checked in for my flight via Delta website using my desktop computer. I even downloaded the boarding pass. Later, I use this app and it still says I need to check in. Bad job, Delta.

You have to go out of your way to make an app this bad
Impossibly bad app. I'm absolutely baffled at the series of poor choices that created this brick. A quick glance at any other app in this space shows you how they should operate - you open your app and see your flight, then can do things like see the details or upgrade or check in. Not here. You have to do a search for the flight Every Single Time, using a confirmation number or credit card. Even if you close the app and come back to it, you have to jump through this hoop. The effect is that any action takes about 10 times as long to make, as if the designers were trying to frustrate users into moving to a different airline. On top of that, upgrades don't go through. Oh, the money will, for sure. The charge shows up immediately on your credit card. But the purchase doesn't actually show up in the app. This app gets pretty much everything wrong. I don't even want to use Delta anymore after this. I'm going to stick with AA.
