App is useless,crashes anytime I try to edit or update info.constantly getting error messages saying app has a bug

Needs to be updated and fixed.
The app is convenient for storing your personal information history but it also seems to delay your results for a very long time and customer service isn't much helpful on how to fix the problem. They insisted that I reinstall and try on different electronics but the problem remains the same. My results had been loading for a long period of time and I had no choice but to wait to my next appointment to get that information which was over 2 weeks later. Not to mention some of the features are irrelevant because they're not useful anyways like contacting a provider.

Customer service passes the blame
I emailed support and they were not helpful. My medical information in the app disappeared and I had several back and forth with emaiis which accomplished nothing. Blamed the MD and Northwell not putting the information in, despite my receiving emails from FollowMyHealth saying the information is available for me in the app. My MD said she had some patients that are having problems and some not . They refused to acknowledge there is a bug with the app. This information is medically necessary for myself and my doctors.

Horrendous
This app is horrendous. Cannot connect to any providers, see my health records or appointments and there is no way to contact a live HUMAN being to figure out what the problem is. I work with computers and data every day so I am no dummy when it comes to tech. I feel bad for older individuals who aren't tech savvy. Also, when you are loading a page in the app in the lower left it will say "powered by salesforce". O don't want any sales anything having anything to do with my health records. You know they likely are collecting data! Just NO!

After initial set up, I tried to search for my healthcare provider. Then it asks for a passcode BUT the app would NOT enable. See ya!

If I picked a practice based on which EMR software they ipuse
Allscripts is the worst out of the various I have seen. Latest fiasco, is my PHP ordered labs, and I would not see the order. I had to message her to see if I needed to fast Messages have been lost Patient input, other than messages is not seen by the doc Lab results do not show history, for example Lipids I don't know if this is because you price usability as extra options, or if the whole architecture just stinks!
