Useless. App does not connect to the watch. Clock goes back and gives Fossil a wide berth. The positive reviews are probably the employees themselves who were asked to do so.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my watch and get so many compliments on it. But the app seems to have a hard time staying connected to mu watch for more than a few days. I'm constantly having to remove it and re-sync it with my Bluetooth.

It won't allow me to pair the watch with my phone, will there be any updates you can make to be able to pair it?! Until I did this last update I had the problem, previously it linked well.

Horrible! I used to love Fossil products but all you will ever do is try to pair this thing! You constantly lose your data. Just a total waste of time money and huge amount of stress. Do yourself a favor, dont buy fossil!

Fossil gen6 smartwatch bought last week is still not able to connect with Samsung Galaxy S20Fe phone. After giving the get started option in the phone app, after agreeing the terms and conditions, it goes to the login and get started screen again. Even after connecting Bluetooth and logging in, it continues like that. What should I do to use the watch I bought? Also, I did a full rest of the settings, thinking that it might be a problem with the phone settings. Still the same as before.
