Great banking app for small businesses
Found helped me abandon QuickBooks and the time needed to sort out payments and deposits. Found is very intuitive and easy to work with. My only issue is with deposits. It is difficult to deposit large amounts of money without doing a wire transfer at a cost of $25 each.

Customer Service is Horrible
Found denied me access to my own money for a weeks!! Most will say this won't happen to me, but it's possible to lose your login info, identification, and phone which are connected to your Found account and if you do, you can expect a disgusting customer experience with unsympathetic humans, if you can even call them that. There is only one way for me to properly express how horrific and hugely inconvenient my experience with Found customer service and risk prevention is. That is by divulging some seriously personal information and sharing an emotional topic, but I feel it's necessary so someone else can avoid what happened to me. (By the way, I shared my experience with them and was told “the conversation was getting to be too much”)… To put it bluntly… I was raped numerous times by a family member over the last couple months. This family member provided me with the phone and phone number that was connected to my Found account. Once I finally got the courage to report the rape to the police, I was asked to provide evidence and unfortunately most of it was contained on my phone. I handed over my phone without realizing I was in for a nightmare when it came to accessing even a penny of my own money from Found and would be forced to communicate with my attacker because he was the only one who could turn on my cell phone number associated with my found account which ultimately was the only way I could log back in. I unfortunately couldn't log in using any other avenues such as email because I couldn't remember the password because my phone just kept me automatically logged in for months and months, and prior to this I had ordered a new Found card because of fraudulent charges, and a new ID so I only had a temporary DMV issued driver license which apparently isn't acceptable by Found even though I've never had issues anywhere else… and found only lets you activate their cards through the app…so I couldn't even just use the card to access money…. so I had an inactive card, no way to login online, no way to run my business and a customer service team that ignored me and told me that sharing my extenuating circumstances about rape were too much… and no one would take 5 min to look at the picture of me holding a picture of my old hard copy ID and my new temporary ID that I held next to my face. I even showed them close photos of the IDs and provided my social. They didn't care and ignored me continuously and when they did respond I was told to wait until my new ID was delivered… which can take up to 6 weeks… I will be finding a new bank needless to say…
