The user experience for this app is abysmal. I have 1300 photos to upload and the app let's me do 10 at a time. That's it. Software developers should be able to batch the job and upload all 1300, 10 at a time. Instead, Frameo spent their money on marketing and wasting their user's time. Even worse, the app is misprogrammed and every time you select 1 photo, the gallery scrolls up and down, making it difficult to quickly select photos. Overall awful experience with this currently 4.7 star app.

I don't like that I can not delete a photo from the frame only hide the photo.

I would like to be able to add more than 10 pictures at a time, and it resets the list every time so I have dig and scroll a lot to find the pictures to add. Other than that, it's neat!

It's easy to add photos but a big downer that you cannot delete photos remotely via the app. My eldery mom (who had Alzheimers) cannot navigate the frame herself and we do not live nearby. It would get 5 stars if we can delete photos via the app and also if we could see all the uploaded photos aswell (not just the ones in our own history).

This is a great product. My only dislike is in the app where it makes you focus on a circle while adding pictures

Missing critical features, focused on upsell
There's no scaling or pinch-to-zoom functionality, no tagging, and a clunky upload function, but they're working on ways to capture more cash on subscriptions post-sale.

Lots of room for improvement.
App ALWAYS has a “next” option at the photo selection screen. It does not clearly keep tabs on the selection of what u want to upload, or what u have already uploaded. So for non technical people (which is the exact and specific target market)- they keep uploading the same photo over and over. A simple check to select active or not select active would make all of the difference in the world. Having no photo(s) selected initially for upload would also make things easier. And seemingly no option to upload to the frames internal or external memory. This would be incredible. So- this is yet, once again, an almost but not at all close to a final, well thought out, well tested or awesome app. Another super cool idea that was so close to awesome and the developer(s) just quit trying. Developers need to give these apps to their grandparents to test, not to the person in the cubicle next to them to test. Hopefully an update or two away for awesome!

Intermittent reboots on my frame but my mother's frame is pretty much useless. After a reboot it connects to wifi but only for a couple of minutes, until the next reboot. And yes it has an excellent WiFi signal, it's with 5 ft of the router. The frame needs to allow static IP addresses.
