Last week I was prepared to send a glowing review because of all the improvements. I knew what I was ordering, how much it cost, and I could see it all! This week, I can not see and know all those things. The end surprise today may be quantity of items, and the total bill. Last week was the closest to perfection your app has been. Thank you.

Absolutely useless
Complicated path to discounts, combined with spotty connection. (Because cell coverage in stores is near impossible.) what ever happened to just using a scan code or member number to get discounts? F off, Fred Meyer. I hope you get crucified in the lawsuit.

Haven't been able to log in on the app in weeks. If I put in the wrong password it tells me wrong password but with the right password it never loads past the log in page. I'm able to log in on the website but the mobile site is awful.

Might be the worst app ever. It deletes items from my cart, doesn't clip coupons, it changes amount of items in cart, weekly add doesn't load, cannot add carts for payments, support team is useless and developers don't ever fix anything. ***Update 5/124*** See their response??? Uninstall the app and call support. I have already uninstalled multiple times and have had multiple calls with support. Get outta here with the poor customer service.

Can’t add additional items without delivery change
The last couple of times I tried to add extra items within around half an hour of the initial delivery order. The app said I could do this. The order delivery was then moved forward by 4-5 hours just because I added one additional item. One time the delivery was moved forward by an entire day. I have a Boost membership. This is totally unacceptable. I can't believe someone green-lighted this nonsense. Now I want to add something to my order (within the allotted time) and I'm not going to because the order might get pushed out until tomorrow. Is this a standard practice with all grocery stores? I intend to find out.

Coupons
Stop sending me coupons in the mail and just load them onto the app please. Most grocery stores don't send paper ones any more and it's rare I remember to bring them. And .45 cents savings on 1 item many times over ? Why not just combine it and do $5 off your next purchase..
