Very good app I really recommend it. I'm nitpicking, but I don't have stats to really see our progress on paper, fortunately our body shows 😂 us and lacks fun in the stretches which are long, repetitive and sometimes unachievable given my flexibility.

Was going to sign up, and then the first screen I got to was male female or non-binary. If you don't understand basic biology I doubt seriously you understand physiology. No thanks I'll find a better app that has common sense..

Many bugs / repetitive exercises
The application is experiencing too many slowness and malfunctions. After a while, the app no longer offers new exercises. It's difficult to progress, the level is stagnating.

Invalid Workout
The training proposed by this application is not at all valid for the need to improve one's levels, being almost always static and never designed to improve despite signaling to the coach one's physical fitness and one's desire to get harder workouts. A useful app if you want to do basic physical activity when you are in middle age, under 40 totally useless.

Been using the app for a while now and it's great but it would be 5 stars if there's were more customisable options. For example, interval training options in the runs and sprints section. Or a holistic way that it could suggest an alternative workout for a day if you're doing a specific training journey, eg a run that complements the Dumbell Gain journey.

I actually thought about giving the program a higher star but from what I've seen, it's only working with dumbbells. I work in the gym and I have almost all the equipment. But you're not necessarily going to work with dumbbells, you can't choose other equipment. And we can't choose another alternative movement of a movement. For example, it is very difficult to do a deadlift, but there is no alternative instead. He says you have to do that deadlift. I regret buying the program. But you can't see the movements without taking them.

Base, the nuisance
Freeletics is really a great app, that's very clear in advance. However, I would like to give feedback on the new functionality of the base: it is a complete annoyance. If you forget to open the app once a day, the base status is zeroed. This happens to me personally on the 5th day at the latest, although I have been at the start with at least 30 minutes a day since launch. This is a constant annoyance and does not lead to motivation but to frustration. Especially against the background that the app has recently also been able to offer external training from e.g. of the Health app, it must be possible to validate it retrospectively via the interface. The training sessions are there and lead the restart ad adsurdum.

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the app. It is well structured and structured, but unfortunately the trainings are much more inflexible than it seemed at first. Unfortunately, there is no training journey in which I could make full use of my equipment (pull-up bar and dumbbells).

Poor support
Great support to offer a chatbot that doesn't answer your question:) Addendum: Goodwill is also not available. Tonight I got money debited for the next three months, directly wrote that I thought it would only work for 3 months and yet there is no full refund. No recommendation on my part.
