Added 14 euro extra cost because of wrong adress, driver had to drive for additional 1.4 km. So the price is 10 euros per "additional" kilometer??

He didn't let us catch at the time we wanted. The journey and the taxi driver were fine.

Car sharing services only work to a limited extent. Had problems refueling and got help very slowly through customer service. Taxi drivers are sometimes highly illegal. Dangerous driving styles are part of the business model here. I installed the individual apps again to be able to communicate directly with the providers.

The driver saw me, and cancelled it to my face. This was after waiting 20 minutes for them. There was no button to report the driver, which just re-queued me for another 20 minutes. 1 star, will probably have a better experience on Uber or Bolt.

Not necessarily the fault of the developer but the simplest way to get heard. The design and usability of the app is exceptional but trying to get a taxi driver to accept a fare seems next to impossible. There should be a ranking algorithm involved in some way. You accept more fares and you get offered more fares, you ignore more fares then you get offered less fares. Taxi drivers have always complained that "it's hard enough to make a living" let's make them actually work for it!

The application serves only if you are in a very central location and not always. Whenever I happen to need a taxi urgently it NEVER serves me.
