Garbage airline and garbage app. Couldn't check in through their mobile app due to issues on their end and they don't support checking in online. Came in an hour and a half earlier, but the attendant said that check-ins close 2 hours before. I'm out 200 but I'll just do a charge back. Shittiest airline I've ever booked.

App will not open. I've reinstalled several times and it just simply will not progress further than the initial splash page with the Frontier logo. Can't check in to my flight using the app, which is essentially the main function of an Airline app.

This app is incredibly slow for each action I attempt, including login and password reset. I had to use the website in my browser to reset my password, but check-in is disabled on the web page. The app didn't allow me to add a checked or carry-on bag. Each button for that took me to a seat selection option (which also didn't actually work, it just instructed to select seating on Volaris Mexico's website). I barely checked in, but literally can't spend more money through this atrocious app

I literally book the wrong time, and try contacting them ASAP. You have to be a special customer to talk to anyone. I just want to change the time of the flight they wanted to charge me $100 for a honest mistake. I try the chat on line that didn't work, went to the airport the customer service desk was ready to go, was not interested in helping me. I Need a direct flight cause I get motion sickness. 🤢Totally disappointed in Frontier.
