Going up on rates from 540.00 each month til 700.00 each month is INSANE without no claims or accidents. This company needs to figure something out.

Its keeps saying use phone even though parked while use it. The map will show the distraction would be at a parking lot my home and still take away points saying distracted

Too many mandatory updates
The next time there is a mandatory update im just going to delete this app. I dont have the space to update this app every time there is a change and the convenience of an app i need to update whenever i need to use it doesn't come close to the convenience of a website or my paper card.

Horrible. I have my phone on Bluetooth and hands free, still states I touched my phone and lists as distracted phone use. Maddening!

Money grab company
Honestly after the first 5/4 stars you get to read the real 1 star reviews this company has, they just say sorry to everything you say and that they can't do anything about it. With this type of insurance it's better to have none with a 2k deductible it only means it's good only if you get into a huge accident. Not to mention they take ONE HOUR AND MORE to answer a call… really disappointed
