After more than 24 hours the account is still in the verification phase (thank goodness they say that the verification lasts a couple of minutes) I hope it is not an app that aims to steal personal data, I do not recommend.

UI changes not appreciated
The ui changes comes with bug and please have the app well vetted, or at the very least give option to use the preexisting ui version if new ui version is not yet stabilised. Function such as privacy is no longer working since new update? Hello testers?

ive got years of bitcoin experience. this apps potential is ridiculously high. but the developers or moderators are clueless. takes forever to get anything done even after your %100 verified. 10 days to deposit your money from your verified bank. 7 days to approve addresses. 10 days to verify coin purchases. 7-10 days to withdraw anything. cashapp, bitpay, moonpay, agoradesk, upgold, i recommend almost any option over this fund hostage time waster

Requires an authy app and dies not offer any other alternative. When I tried ti register my gemini app with authy, authy wants a QR Code. I have not seen an app with a QR CODE. Essentially I am locked out of my wallet and of course have no access to MY money or crypto. Gemini should give the user the option to use authy or send email, sms, etc

DO NOT USE! I have tried on countless occasions over the past 3 years to withdraw money from my wallet back to my bank account. I have followed the steps(that aren't clear at all) every which way possible and I still can't withdraw money. I have contacted their support a number of times as well and that too has done nothing. I literally haven't gotten a reply from them once to one of my help request. Do not trust this app! They have no interest in letting you have access to YOUR money!
