Reimbursement of undelivered goods
I only got my refund almost 4 weeks after chat, several phone calls, mail thanks to PayPal. I feel totally fooled. Last TEL was not accepted/ignored. Employee said she is not to blame if I am not familiar with the app. Another employee gave me an unredeemable code. Never again. I do not recommend the company to others

I ordered Getir from a restaurant, and the score was high. My order never arrived. Getir couldn't reach the restaurant either, I entered a bad comment and then looked at the comments. All comments from the last week are on the non-delivery of the order. And Getir continued to take orders to this restaurant. It should be closed, it's really a disgrace
