Time change not reflected on ticket
We signed up for a tour for May 14, 2024 for Doges Palace & St Marks Basilica at 9:30 am several weeks before the date of our tour. We received an email saying the time of our tour had changed to 11:30 am BUT when we received further communication via email, on the GYG app AND the actual tickets it said our tour was now 9:30 . So we arrived at 9:15 only to be told we had to wait around for 2 hour of our precious time in Venice ! Poor communication ! Lack of organization! We should be compensated for this error ! This same thing happened to several other people in our group too! Kathy Nordin Get Your Guides only function is to arrange tours and events and it failed miserably

Forces expensive activities
I have looked at using this app to find activities and sights several times. I find that it offers expensive options only. For example, I was trying to find ferry information for Lake Como, Italy. The app seems to only offer boat businesses costing several hundred Euro. Even when you Google sights you want to see, it seems to lead you back to this app. I had to navigate away several times.

Tickets and Guides are almost scam
of all „Skip the line“ tickets, this wa the worst and most expensive experience. Try to avoid it!

We used it for a day trip from Tbilisi to Kazbeki. The app is good and easy to use, but you ought to check (???) more the local offices they work with. Due to bad weather it was not possible to reach the final destination (this possibility was known from the beginning) so instead of 11 hours, the excursion was completed in 8 hours.... Also on departure the car came late, when the other offices were 15-30 minutes before.

In theory, practice but not work
Problem with payment via the app when I was in Dubai. It doesn't work. Forced to go through the website.

Visit Royal Palace Madrid
A shame!!!!! Visit scheduled for 3 weeks for 26/05/24 and cancelled by GYG less than 24 hours before. The reason: political reason. After making inquiries at the hotel, it doesn't add up to anything!!! Refund within 14 days! Thank you in addition to making cash with my money and your inability to honor your commitments. Run away from GYG, it's a real scam!!!!

Support is very basic. In case of a problem with the payment, I was referred to the finance department, or I was told she would get back to me Never happened. Otherwise, the app looks ok. What is still a bit strange, on the website you should be able to pay with twint but not in the app.

I booked a tour via "Get your Guide" for 16th May 9 am, which got cancelled by 15th May after 8 pm, and get your guide have stringent cancellation policy as customers have to cancel before 24 hours to get full refund, but if the cancellation happened from the provider's side, they don't even bother to book us for the same tour from another provider.

Luxury Jetcar
It's a scam; they charge you 99 USD for an hour, but before you get on the boat you have to pay 200 USD in cash to make the hour effective and they tell you that it was an advance and in total you end up paying 299 USD. The total in the App is 99 and they charge you more. I hope they regulate this attraction.
