Can't update payment as the app constantly asks for biometrics and restarts the process when does so. Security barriers have always seemed to cause problems with this app.

Why does the internet keep disconnecting? Every days.. Also Internet is very weak. Especially In closed areas, it dies completely. In this age, this is amateurish.

Used Giffgaff for many many years without issue. Last year the service has got so bad I spend entire days without Internet! App won't even work half the time, just refuses to allow me to log in. So disappointed

The app mostly works well, but it would be so much better if it didn't require some OAuth flow to sign in every time, and if the install WiFi extra option actually installed and configured the WiFi network for you in WiFi settings.

Great network but feels like the only reason I keep having to sign in is to try force me to turn on auto purchase. There can be several days even weeks from when my last goody bag ran out to when I purchase my next as with pretty much everything now being done through the internet I rarely need to make actual calls so I'm not turning auto purchase on to throw away money until I actually need to contact someone that I can't via the internet or app on it.

App malfunction
Why do I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to use this app? Whenever I need to check my account, and I click on the app, only shows ‘giffgaff' and goes off. I always have to uninstall and reinstall for me to access my account. This need to be fixed.
