I ordered from Glovo, some products were missing and they were refunded, I wanted them delivered to me anyway, instead I had to reorder them but for something for 3.20€ I had to spend 8€, so much for the refund. The loser is always the consumer.

It's an embarrassment of attention... they dodge orders and you have to pay more to make another one.... it is reportable... The attendance is embarrassing and they don't solve anything. My case is that I place an order and they make a mistake when a hamburger is missing, I am reimbursed 7.01 for the error and I place the order for the hamburger that was missing and I am charged 11'98 and they do not give any solution, they wash their hands.

I used to love this application, but now I'm a complete disappointment Firstly, I do promotion services for more than 50 soms Secondly, they can't set up addresses🤬, my address always comes out like a jal, and this is far from me, I wrote to support, but there is no answer, I have to call couriers😵forever There are no complaints about the delivery itself, everything is fine, only these 2 points are infuriating.
