HORRIBLE!!!
They canceled my order because they sold the shoes after I bought them that was on the 26th. They said my refund would be there by the end of the week it wasn't. I emailed them they said it'd be the end of this week. Now there telling me to do their job for them and file a dispute. And they weren't cheap shoes. They didn't tell me who to dispute to, they told me it's my card company's fault and they told me they never received it. And they just keep blaming it on my card company when they emailed me my latest transactions. Not like I needed it i can see it on my phone. Just wanted confirmation. They used to be good in 2013-2015 but not anymore.

My purchase
Goat made a mistake, I went to the Maisons shoe and they said a size 44 is a size 10, when it's actually a 11. It was very confusing because every other shoe says that a size 44 is a size 11, but for some reason the maisons said it was a size 10. I wear a size 11 so I chose 44 even though it said It was a 10, but I'm pretty sure it was a malfunction/mistake. Hopefully I get a size 44/11 and not a size 10!

Return to Sender
It's sad that I have to pay extra shipping for something that's not my fault. “Return to sender” shouldn't even be a thing just send my the shoes I paid for. Never ordering from this app again.

Worst app to buy shoes from. Don't buy from here very bad customer service and not helpful. I recommend buying from any other app except here. Believe me.

Horrible customer experience
I've been a happy customer for a while but lately have had terrible experiences with goat. They sent me clearly used shoes then made me jump through hoops to get them returned. Tried another purchase and received shoes that were absolutely awful in hand and smelled like a glue factory. How they passed any verification check is mind boggling. The company is unethical and incompetent

Unreliable listings and poor customer service. I had 2 of 3 orders canceled due to the seller not being able to fulfill the order. Their supposed policy is to find another seller and fulfill the order. In both instances, there were multiple listings for both shoes, but I got a message that they were unable to find another seller. When I asked why this kept happening, I got a copy/paste response to try again. You're better off on eBay.
