WTH is happening
I had to get three different cards because two of them got hacked and with the third one I got it won't let me sign in to use my money is keeps saying “incorrect card pin, please try again” and now I'm locked out of my account for 5 hours (and all my money altomaticly goes into a savings account that me or my mom didn't add called “house”) and it is also trying to take 5.99 dollars from my card every day even though all my money is in that savings account. Something similar happened to my sister but instead of being locked out it keeps saying her card expiration date is invalid so someone please fix this

Card never works and declines every time my daughter tries to use it. Embarrassing, for a seven year old.

This app sucks. Tried to sign my daughters up. Can't get logged in from a web browser. I can log in from the app but I can't view my membership or add money. When I make either selection, it takes me back to the sign in page but then when I type in my email address, nothing happens. I was really looking forward to this app but won't use it if I can't use it.
