Removed multiple book series
I downloaded this app for the Jessica Hall books. Long story short they (Jessica Hall & The app) had a falling out, ever since then they have removed my Jessica Hall books (which I literally used my own money to buy coming to open more chapters). The first time it happened it was just after the author announced she was parting ways with the app so i reached out to GoodNovels version of “customer service” and they eventually put my books back on my profile, The same situation happened just recently again they took all my Jessica Hall books off (More than 1 series cause I'm invested). I reached out to “Customer service” again and they replied 4 days later requesting the author/name of series or books/& chapters. I then responded and still my books are not back. I ended up figuring out that you can buy her books on Amazon so I am going to do that because I love rereading stories. FYI they give out free coins for 5 star reviews. So more than 90% of the 4+ Stars are fake it's literally just for the coins.

I thought it was good but sad to say it's not stories are good but i can't believe it has no ending after all the efforts you put just to read it and make it sure you can see the ending!! Too bad I will just delete this app

This app sucks. It has been charging me $10 a week. I had tried to cancel the subscription. They are making it difficult to cancel. I emailed them because it won't let me cancel on the app. So, the only information they give is to cancel on the app. No help at all.

Be warned: there is a feature to unlock chapters by watching ads. 2 per book every day, so it's possible to read at a fair pace. But it disappears completely once you make a coin purchase, so it takes over a day to get enough points to unlock one single chapter after that.

Hi, I started reading a book as a trail and found it interesting. Payed for 500 coins to unlock the chapters, but it they became locked again after a few pages. I'm trying to sign in with the email as well as Google, but it keeps saying *failed*. Very disappointing

The app has a lot of books to read. But seeing as they aren't the best of stories, they shouldn't be so expensive. 14.99 for half of a book is pretty outrageous.
