Invoicing delay. Set April 18 as of now. Send to customer care to wait 7 days for settlement more than 7 days is still nowhere to be seen. Don't give 1 specific number anymore. Grab's solution is to apologize profusely for the delay. But the whole month still doesn't settle.

Im so dissapointed with this grab food delivery if you order food and already paid they will not deliver it to your door even if you put a note to the food rider to deliver it on your door because you are too busy to monitor the rider then they have so many reason they cant deliver to your door because there is no parking or the parking space is not safe.. Why we should have to deal with that problem is it not to the rider to make the solution to find parking space that is safe?

Pity the grab driver, cook I pay 20k but the driver says he only gets 12800,, what do you think yes grab management takes a cut that is very suffocating for the driver, even though the driver uses cellphones, motorbikes, quotas, jackets and all equipment for on bod using his own money and motorbike maintenance also uses his own money but why does the application take so much,, This is Rodi's work application, yes, Grab for its drivers

I'm just so dissatisfied with your resolution. It was the first time that I had a missing item, and ultimately didn't get a refund because I wasn't able to take pictures. Couldn't even rely on good faith since you've never had issues with my orders in the past. And now you're making it look like I'm the bad guy. Do better.
