I called for a breakdown for my motorbike that is 16 years old. I was refused due to age of bike. I was quoted 150.00 per 10 miles. I am now sending your policy to every motorbike group in the UK. I hope this will come back to bite you badly. My bike has done 12,000 miles only. You also screwed up my last recovery, which took 6 hours to move my car 2.5 miles. Please be warned that if you cross bikers, you cross your target market. I am so disappointed I won't stop spreading the word. Bye idiots

So difficult to register on the app

I have added my policy to the app (twice) but it's not showing up. Hence I cannot use the app to initiate a rescue. I have uninstalled then reinstalled but this doesn't fix the problem. The policy was taken out more than a week ago.

It won't let me add a policy to the app I use Reg of car and policy number. It's doing my head in. I just know if I need them, they will say I'm not covered

Waste of time. Policy a week old and received paperwork in post. App won't accept car reg or policy no. Pointless.

Changed banks and got an email saying payment failed. Called to fix bank details, I don't exist. Passed around like a plum from department to department while they try to work out what "system" I was on, before finding an old policy from years ago. Finally got cut off. Called back saying I wanted to cancel and they found me immediately. God help if I ever had to call them to a breakdown, my phone would run out of battery before they ever worked out who I was and where I was. Not impressed.

I keep adding my policy to the app but don't seem to be getting any of the features. It just keeps saying to add policy

One year later and still no policy appearing. Useless. What will happen when I breakdown? My old cover expired but my new cover does not show in the app. I have tried the add policy using both car reg and policy number but nothing happens. I did the renewal about 3 weeks ago. The policy does show on the website. Heeeelp. It seems to have resolved itself now. Thanks

I've had a green flag policy for 3 years and I've never been able to sync my policy with the app. Doesn't recognise the policy number of my vehicle registration. When I broke down last year on a busy junction in the rain the lack of an app made it difficult to pinpoint my location. When I called them they even denied I had a policy for several minutes. Not a great customer experience.
