Groupon app is horrible
No way to cancel or trade in your Groupon anymore in app. You select customer support and get worthless links that donât give any help or correct directions. I paid for hair highlights but company is not answering my calls, texts or emails and no way to get my money back 𤬠where is a customer service phone number! ????

Scandalous!!! Money gone and no goods received !!! I had bought vouchers for a performance. Unfortunately, it was not possible to redeem them for regular tickets at the Print your Ticket. Despite repeated contact with customer service, I have not received a response.

Many of the deals that the company is selling, they donât include everything that is presented. Already it happened two times for me to purchase one thing and when i call the place to book the appointment they are stating that they donât have that certain service. Besides everything itâs really hard to reach out to customer support as well.

Terrible Experience! I purchased Sam's Club membership and can't use because I was a guest on someone else's card so now I lost $25 due to you company not saying in bold print for new members only. It is ridiculous. I tried to cancel it but it is impossible to reach a human. I will NEVER do business with Groupon again.
