i. can't even give you a star. Why does the glitch always have to be that I get logged out of the app. not accepting my passwords and my secret answer to my secret question. is this part of the update too, make it make sense GTB customer service.

I just downloaded this new app but it has refused me from transacting with a pin. Saying I should update to use the pin feature but there are no updates available tokens are time wasting. I didn't have this problem in the previous app

This latest update has officially made this the worst and most useless app in the whole Play Store. You can't type account numbers or any as it doesn't display (except "dots"). Now, the app has zero function

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I really don't know what was wrong with the old app that caused gtbank to downgrade to this version. Nothing works on here. I've been trying unsuccessfully to complete transactions for almost 2 weeks now.

Ever since I updated the GT world app this afternoon, I can't use it for any transaction again. The moment I click on transfer on the home page of the app, the app crashes immediately saying "app stops working". And it wasn't like this before the update.

The previous versions of this app were far more better than this new version. It seems this version is only meant for transfers. No place to view BVN and card number. It's so bad.
