Tried the app for the very first time, saw the positive ratings and had high hopes. So far, none of my cards work to make the payment, a special sandwich offer not letting me add it to my order telling me I need to make a purchase of $2 or more (when my order was at least $8) and when I went to customize an item, it gave me the options of No Change, no change, and extra lol. Will change my rating once your app is out of Alpha testing.

Signed up for the app to get a free sandwich. Tried to use the offer today and it's gone. False advertising.

Use DoorDash instead!
EDIT 5/9 - one week after following developers advice to send details, STILL NO RESPONSE. Absolutely terrible customer service, avoid app at all costs and order through a channel that provides customer service to save yourself a headache. Ordered through the app and got incorrect food. There is no customer service through the app. You submit an email that they reply to 2-3 days later and throw coupons at you. It's taken me 7 emails so far to try to get refunded and still have not received a refund over a week later. Customer service is atrocious and prices are about the same as delivery apps. Given how often the food is incorrect, just use another app so at least you're not sitting with incorrect food and have some form of customer service, not to mention a means to get a refund. Avoid this app at all costs

Great App!
Love sending order in through this app, however sometimes the orders do get a little messed up :/ but over all, amazing experience!

parmaesan fries definitely not worth it and soggy. bbq bacon burger requested no pickle got pickles very squishy/soggy burger. bun falls apart with all the sauce and mayo. acon was good and crispy. mocha shake was on point. not worth the $20 bucks.

The app requires a barcode to be scanned for the special offer. The barcode disappeared before I got into the store, and my store has no drive-thru. Due to this combination of circumstances I was denied the special offer entirely. Besides the obvious issues with their app, the management at the Lompoc California store is not a customer servant at all but just another salesman. It makes me wonder if the Habit is not run more like Dollar General where the customer does not matter.
