There is a bug in the game!! On my first date, we were being spied on by two people that I'm not going to spoil, and the game asks me if I want to call them and join the date. I said NO obviously because the evening was already being ruined. Then Hagrid asks me how I did on the date and playing cards with my teammates who spied on me and joined me on the date, which didn't happen because I said DON'T join. Correct that mistake. IT'S TOO BAD THAT THEY RUINED MY APPOINTMENT

My game is stuck in chapter four of the second year. I accessed the corridor with damn ice and cast the revelio spell, a staircase appeared, my character climbed this staircase and arrived at a corridor. After that, I can't do anything else. I can't do the mission I'm supposed to do in this hallway, nor can I get out of there to anywhere else. Please help me!!!! ¡!!!!

Same war ! I downloaded the game again and started from scratch and I don't get any more events and asks to update but I refuse to lose my progress for the third time. I hit update and it just says can't install the update and the facebook backup is NOT working it's the worst scam I've ever had

The game disconnected from Facebook on its own and when trying to access it again, it doesn't load. I select my profile and it's just a black screen and no game.
