Unable to access App on my new Samsung S24, keep getting "unable to connect to server" error. I've deleted app, and reinstalled, signed in with UN & PW, and it has same error. Logged into app with same credentials from wife's Samsung S22+, but not from new phone.

UPDATE: After unsuccessfully trying and login in, once more, to get my lap results; I still hate this app. Oh--if someone types in "Steve"...the app should know it's "Steven" and not block everything. I hate this app. Healthcare Associates of Texas has forced people to use this piece of garbage for years. It's so bad the healthcare providers rarely ever use it to respond to me. When asked, they talk about how useless it is. Now HCAT is almost as useless as the Healow app. Avoid both if you can.

When you are told by your doctors office that this is the portal that you must use whether you want that or not you accept it the funny part though not really about this is that I tried several times to use it and I got so frustrated, I finally called the office, and I was told that I shouldn't worry about it because it doesn't really work. I think that says it all.

The app sucks it stinks it doesn't work the way it should work I can't add more than one doctor to the app when to pay a bill on the app and couldn't find me to pay the bill I don't need this extra aggravation I'm deleting the app the livewell app works the way it should work why can't they all use the other app why do they need their own app the Helow app would probably be good if you had a phone number to talk to somebody but everything's done with email and I'm DONE with email.
