The new game Genghis Khan, didn't award coin jackpot for 195 million, and didn't apply the additional 5 million coins during the bonus. I sent a complaint, along with a screen shot showing my balance of a little over 17 million, plus the additional 5 million, the major jackpot was won during hold and spin, plus bonus round of 6 games. The game did not award me the major jackpot and did not award me the 5 million plus won during the bonus round. The company came back with asking me of proof, which I supplied in the original complaint. I emailed product madness while in winning bonus mode with photo, so the issue happened within 5 minutes or less of sending the email. They still sent requests for same information provided. I love their games, don't get me wrong, they have the exact games I play in Vegas. The app unfortunately plays worse, stealing your money more than Vegas ever could, tight machines, low to rare if none bonuses. When you buy coins they disappear with a speed of lightening BEFITTING THE NAME LIGHTENING LINK LIGHTENING FOR COINS DISAPPEAR LIKE LIGHTENING! Even betting the lowest! This caused me to research product madness today 5/15/24 where I found several customers claiming to have been locked out of there accounts after complaining of app errors and not getting coins returned. No good faith practices offered to long time playing customers that buy coin packages. They have several complaints on BBB for not honoring customers there coins from there bad software. As I write this review I still haven't received my coins back that were earned off their coin packages I purchased. IM SOOOOOOOOO ANGRY. They asked of screen shot of it like really !!! How would I know to snap a photo during a free 6 game bonus round??? I'm operating on good faith that the app will pay the winning not thinking that I have to snap a pic of every win. But I snapped a photo once the I saw the major was not added, the jackpot even decreased but didn't post to my account!!!It was in bonus round I won Major, didn't get it and didn't get bonus round coins either. I will never purchase from this app again after this treatment and non return of coins. Everything is great until their software fails and they don't honor your win. Although you get virtual coins, You lose cash from building the pot up if a package was purchased. Very disappointed in the outcome. Just beware and don't buy coins here on lightening link, or any app connected to them. There are many apps in the App Store that give you an amazing amount of coins that like to see you win and still come back, and a lot of them have games similar to the ones here you just have to search. FRAUD APP ALERT!

Fake money and still so hard to win anything

I have played and enjoyed HOV slots for years but I am suddenly no longer able to gift/receive gifts with my Facebook friends that also play. I have lost out on empty promises when purchasing items, the list just goes on and after playing this game since 2015, I am greatly disappointed with how greedy you have become and all you have taken away from your devout daily players. Such a shame.

Winnings are a bit more often.

Takes forever to collect rewards and you play less than an hour if you're lucky
