They just won't let me send messages or receive them. I can't enjoy it either.
Out of nowhere, I can't send messages or receive. I also can't like or comment. I made this account less than 1 week ago and I'm already going through it. On my profile there is no nudity, even the profile picture doesn't show anything, just my face. I've already sent an email and I'm waiting for the solution.

Disappointed
I uninstalled the app the day after I downloaded it because I received a message saying my photo was “too sexy” and I was flirting. The picture was my face and I was wearing a swimsuit (because it is a photo at the beach). I used that picture because it is the most recent one i have and you can see my full face. I feel you disrespected and sexualized me.

Good concept, needs work
This app is excellent for meeting native speakers in the language you want to learn, and the community of people is just amazing. So the concept of the app is unquestionably sound. However, the app needs work. The app will randomly crash on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and synchronisation between different platforms is terrible. You can't be signed into your account on two different devices - I use my phone while I'm on breaks at work, and I use my iPad at home because it's more comfortable. But the conversations I've had at work don't carry across to my iPad, and I have to sign out on my phone to sign in on my iPad. The web version insists on syncing with the app on my phone - why isn't it all in the cloud and synced to my account? So, overall, brilliant concept and I'm really happy to be meeting new people who speak my target language. Once the issues have been ironed out, I think this app will be amazing, and even now it's still better than many of the others out there.

So far…
The app seems very overwhelming and pricey. You're not able to change/modify your native language nor enter new learning languages or teach more than your native… unless you pay. What's the point if you're learning 2 or 3 languages at a time? iTalki doesn't charge for listing more languages.

Let's start with the fact that soon I have to pay to breathe on this app as well. And to view the profiles I have to pay, and to hide the profiles I have to pay, and this and that I have to pay, but oh, so you just make you want to be there.
